I agree to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition and any damages or breakage's to be paid for. The number of occupants must not exceed the names on the booking form. I confirm that I am over 18 years of age and have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

Terms and Conditions

1. One third of the total rent is required for a deposit. The balance is payable in advance 28 days before the start of the rental period.
2. Short breaks are to be in full on booking.
3. Electricity meters are read on day of arrival and departure and paid for in full plus VAT on leaving the cottage.
4. In the event of cancellation, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation insurance is advisable.
5. There is an extra charge for dogs of £15.00 per week per dog.
6. Single put up beds which can be available for children in the Granary are an extra charge of £25.00 per week per bed.
7. Cottages are available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of your departure.
8. The number of occupants must not exceed the names on the booking form.
9. We reserve the right of access to the cottage at any reasonable time during your stay.
10. Sorry our cottages are all non smoking.
11. All damages or breakage's must be reported and paid for.
12. Cottages to be left in a clean and tidy condition.
13. Cleaning arranged after departure at a cost of £15.00.
14. Extra towels may be purchased during your stay.
